    Bur looking at the Minister’s decision again[13/12/24 Minister’s Appeal Determination ] it sounds like it’s all said and done …. ie The appellant is not getting additional funding, and it agrees to other altered conditions proposed by the EPA.
    And the minister’s decision is final.


    So Ġabanintha mine is *live* ?
    And AVL abides by the altered EPA conditions and we all live happily ever after except
    And this is what can now be started upon:
