Does Australia and WA still call itself a Tier 1 mining jurisdiction?
Sure we don't have political unrest etc like some country's have,,, but in just about every other measurable way, AVL has hit nothing but roadblocks and 'out of their hands' delays..
Overall it just doesn't feel like a friendly or supportive environment at all for someone trying to get a mine off the ground..
