- which includes … “development of open mine pits and associated infrastructure including but not limited to access roads, accommodation camp, a crushing, milling, flotation, and magnetic separation (beneficiation) plant, waste rock and tailings storage, and support infrastructure.”
In respect of application 1755 ; the various lack of ‘final consultation ‘ appeal clauses with the Yagunga-Nya people whicj were all accepted what are the next steps?
IE is it a rewriting of proposal 1755 to amend required changed then a quick rubber stamp?
- If so, how quick?
Or will there be a lengthy ‘go back to stage one’ process?
And, if it is to be quick, then how quick?
And, given the presumably late stage of #1755 (which originated from TMT planning a separate mine) has ‘doubled up’ accomodation camp, haul roads, associated infrastructure , open pits and more with AVL’s #2287 proposal, then will ANY works be able to commence on getting the go ahead?
I think an update on the melding, if any, on works within the two proposals and what is expected going on with #2287, and ‘what now’ with #1755 IS relevant to investors here and therefore IS price sensitive
- especially as Graham Arvidson has publicy stated works are expected to commence next year … a few times I think, including in an interview at Diggers & Dealers
