No way would I have found the actual application without knowing the new updated version had gone into SDAU
Injected some optimism into a very bleak outlook tbh.
You can certainly see how it might work for sure.
The tipping point for me was the ongoing talks with a gas supplier (and an agreement to supply) add in the the Water permit, and the great amount of detail that has clearly gone into that app.
There's no way you get that done, and then say 'no thanks' without burning a lot of goodwill tbh - esp after getting the docs updated 7 weeks ago.
It just seems the easiest path to FID. Plenty of time to permit Yarrabubba whilst construction is ongoing.
I can't believe I just typed the words "construction' and 'FID' on the AVL+ page.
It's cathartic!
