    The AVL proposal that still appears to be way back in the queue us different to Yarabubba though Troy;
    it’s residual from when there were two separate companies on abutting ground following separate plans and its assessment number is 2287:
    “… includes the development of open mine pits and associated infrastructure including but not limited to access roads, accommodation camp, a crushing, milling, flotation, and magnetic separation (beneficiation) plant, waste rock and tailings storage, and support infrastructure...”

    New government streamlining laws came into effect just around six weeks ago ;

    ….. which might be applied to this separate approval?
    But if the EPA site us up to date it hasn’t happened yet.

    Maybe we’ll hear on Monday?
    (along with which proposed camp, pits etc etc was selected as optimal in Wood’s OFS study?)
