Good news for WA & vanadium batteries in general. Perhaps also for AVL to supply the vanadium, although it will be a push. And obviously good for our future ability to supply electrolyte.
Begs the question as to why Lumina ‘lacks even an officially finalised design’ as sabine put it.
What is going to be so special or different about Lumina from every other existing vanadium based battery? If it ends up basically the same as existing models, why the wait?
