That EPA approval was only for the TMT portion of the project, no? Still waiting on AVL's side of the fence. Besides, nobody wants or needs new vanadium supply right now, so WTF you expect? Another 7-12 months for AVL's mining EPA permit? ITMT they are rejigging a combined DFS. Must be what a combined sixth one between AVL & TMT to try and make this deposit seem profitable enough. I mean if that doesn't give you signal as to why it hasn't happened yet, IDK what will.
Might still happen, and next year seems the year it's got a chance, but even if it does there will be equivalent of what 19 billion shares on issue? Obviously there will be a consolidation soon, and tbh they should do a 20-1 consolidation prior to the next CR, so when they do the capex equity and double the register again it will all be in order.
If anyone was tempted to buy in to AVL for vanadium exposure, after the consolidation and the next 'keeping the pay packets rolling' CR will be the time maybe. They may as well get on with that while waiting for the DFS and permits so they have something to announce after it.
