I’m optimistic sabine, but nervous regarding timelines.
If they do have funding ready to go, they should not need a huge CR.
They should have the OFS finished. Or pending, only reliant on expected approvals. And potentially now the WA govt vrfb tender process. They really should have a ready to go Lumina model finalised by now - or very shortly.
Will that be a long process? Who knows, but every delay to that makes project completion in 2029 more difficult.
And if they have the OFS finished, why not say so? Leading quickly to the FID & funding announcements.
And then mining project startup while the Lumina team ‘finesse’ the design to suit the actual needs.
Without AVL selection via the tender process for the recently announced WA battery - what do we have?
Do we have more vrfb customers waiting for Lumina? Do we wait impatiently for V market improvements?
