The grant included a legal agreement between avl & the govt. You’d hope somebody in the govt would check to ensure those legal conditions were met and the money just didn’t end up used for keeping the company afloat.
It was payable in instalments with the last due this August. It was supposed to include the hydrogen processing as an essential part of the development, so maybe there’s a case for the govt to not pay the final instalment? Given no hydrogen and Bryah dropping out? Hope not as that would probably be a hit to what some might expect as guaranteed income.
