I haven't read of any expiration - the SDAU permit hasn't been granted yet IIRC?
I assumed (hopefully I'm not wrong) that this was the last step to making the planning process for Tenindewa complete?
One thing I am sure of - this plant will allow the other $40,000,000 of the grant funds to be accessed (I think a binding offtake needs to be signed?)
At this stage - It, to me, seemed like this was the completion of permitting for Tenindewa allowing off-take agreements to become more realistic - actually having 'a plan'
I guess we wait.
As I said before - at least having a coherent plan is a good step forward - be interesting to see how the market reacts on Monday - certainly Friday saw 20% rise on the buy side, and the SP go up.
