As you know, @dbd25 the management at AVL WAS refreshed, and in a big way, prior to the merger
… or maybe you didn’t bother to read up on that information given you were not a shareholder?
As far as clinging to the theory the TMT board were a better bunch;
1) RCF put Jacqui Murray into TMT as a non-executive director after corner-stoning TMT. She was there for more than a year examining that company and its’ leaders before RCF decided to buy into the refreshed AVL and likely drive the merger as well.
2) At least one high level TMT director was strongly affiliated/previously employed by a major holder whose entities bought the land, floated the company held most shares, and whose associates bought into the IPO and held most of the shares until RCF came along. The ramifications of all that meant TMT was never going to be taken seriously as a reputable PUBLIC company .
RCF cleaned up the ship on BOTH sides and kept the best!
