Reduced royalties means absolutely zero when there is no production of either. I doubt it's a tipping point for any FID decision either.
How are we going to sell a lot of 4hr batteries? If VSUNs 4hr option was viable and able to compete with Lithium home batteries, they should already be selling lots of them and would have been part of favourable reports and announcements by from AVL. Instead, VSUN are not actively selling anything as they're all working on the hopes and dreams of Lumina. A dream that is alot less of a possibility because of Labors broken election promise for a Kalgoorlie battery made in WA-by-WA companies.
