I agree with you in that sense! If these others marginals go bust, a V shortage may develop and the V prices will go up. They have to. But then you will have to convince a financier that its economic to fund the AVL project, and you're asking them for the funds to build a new V mine from scratch (with a substantial capex). The other marginals already had their plant built and running, but they still just went bust. I bet most financiers would just see too much risk. They would prefer to see a V business booming, other mines making $$$, high V demand and high V prices. Just like Lithium a couple of years ago.
