LOL - if they "go bust" they just put the facility in C&M. When the Vanadium price goes up again they take it out of C&M and start producing again. Their plant isn't going to disappear off the planet. No need to fund a billion dollar plant in W.A. when you can restart their facility for 1% of that figure.
It doesn't help you either way. Financiers modelling takes more into account than a two minute google search of the vanadium price. The only way this gets built in the foreseeable future is with Government funding, and even then it's not going to make any actual profit when it gets to production. And even if it DID scrape a living out of it, you have several billion shares on issue - so it's not going to pay you in dividends OR SP appreciation.
So what you have here is a risky investment due to uncertainty in a completely unprofitable industry - with extremely limited upside. What a trifecta! 1.4 by June.
