They best hope there are no appeals. As an enviro consultant specialising in environmental approvals in WA, I can tell you that the currently the appeals process is taking a ridiculously long time. It was already bad, but the appeals convenor quit a few months back and it has got a lot worse since. If there are appeals, it's is going to take many many months to play out.
