I always suspected this and was therefore critical of the merger irrespective of how many AVL shares were being offered. Sadly I think it is just the start of the bloodbath.
there is a long way between now and anything concrete and positive happening. between now and then more SHs will lose patience.
also with China slowing and the current global economic condition who is going to drive up demand for VRFBs? the demand is going to drop further.
"Maybe" RCF did not have plans to buy out AVL+ at the time the merger was announced, but if the drop continues they might not be left with a lot of choices but to buy it out. After all, they too might want to bring down their average.
