PS; on another note - on yesterday’s photo shoot …. (was that Korean delegation here for this week’s conferences as well as to see us?) I saw that Horizon battery is still sitting in Wangara instead of humming away at its’ destined pilot demonstration location up in Kununurra.

And I suddenly wondered if maybe that pilot battery was hanging around because Horizon fancies the idea of deploying it to a more ‘public’ location?

According to this post on linkedin two weeks ago Horizon (a regional rather than city-based supplier), has been wanting control of Rottnest for more than a decade , and a fortnight back the Economic Regulation Authority was seeking public comments on the move..

And, as Peter Kerr’s post illustrates, there would be some great photo ops if Horizon’s newest coolest battery was over there rather than in Kununurra
