I really do think once the EPA approval comes through, the news comes thick and fast. If you look at the list of deliverables from the most recent presentation, other than a resource update of AVL+, what can come before EPA approval? Not offtake, not finance, not a preferred develop pathway. What is left?
It would also be ill-advised of the company to say something to such effect while it is under-appeal, and within the EPA timeline of 60 days post last-receipt-of-supporting-evidence.
No party has done anything wrong yet, other than the resource update targeted for April not being released yet, which I think will come early next week.
