So imagine if you will a 30% cut to 93% of your market Vs a 30% raise to 4% of it.
That is the situation AVL now finds itself in. Ie there is literally no demand for new vanadium projects - existing ones are more likely to shut than new ones begin.
Even the perennial losers at TNG have pivoted off vanadium.
