DYOR as always, but I think 1.5c is the bottom. Dipped to 1.4c briefly in May (since its drop merger price) once, and aside from that has held between 1.5-1.8c.
You would know the potential of the coming weeks (first release of the OFS) and assumed approval from EPA. That will certainly move the price.
