I just remember the long litany of mou's and partnerships that both TMT and AVL alone have had over the years, other v explorers barely at PFS stages signing mou's for big chunks of output, I have come around to the thinking they are all only worth the paper they are printed on until a project has approvals to go ahead, and a DFS (or any other 3 letter acronym) that says they have a good project that will get consideration for funding...
When a V play emerges as actually being the next producer, I think that is when we see serious partnerships... And if that is AVL, I think they'll have potential to match anything we see around the scene currently.
Just my opinion. Doesn't seem like AVL either is urgent to have any new mou's or anything signed until we have a project. I don't mind this emphasis at all, and don't take it as a sign that we are missing out while others are getting wins in this space.
