This is one of your more enlightened posts. I have always held the view that community batteries are the future. Batteries like VFB's are truly disruptive. I see rural towns securing their future power supplied. Gas and nuclear able to maintain constant output by using batteries to hold excess power generation, even an application in hydro. Then add the strategic value of being able to isolate / secure power to communities, hospitals, shopping centres, military bases, airports. I think if AGL or Origin dont want to be "disrupted" they need to grasp the opportunities Reliable, Safe, Sustainable VFB offer.
