Have a re-read of the BFS Troy. Appendix states the costs Wood calculated incorporated diesel use on-site and the quotes for contracts by haulage companies.
Plan was always for AVL to start diesel as the base to understand the costs, and then implement ESG initiatives to improve those outcomes and reduce costs over time.
