I'm starting to think given the seeming open ended timeline that is now the EPA approval, I don't think it would exactly hurt sentiment or share price to provide some details around what needed to be addressed as a result of the appeal.
Maybe if it is big things, then that would impact the share price/sentiment, as it would likely blow out the timeline considerably.
But in that case I would also consider it market sensitive to know.
Ipso Facto, either way I personally think they should have provides some details.
They have absolutely well and truly given us bare minimum with all announcements so far.
Which I think may be contributing to why people in here are more at each other than normal. Knowing the bare minimum of goings on with your investment is not comfortable.
"Don't worry, they are surely working hard behind the scenes" offers only so much comfort for so long, then people get testy.
