But again, it leaves out plenty of the detail us holders know about. Fails to mention the re-zoning process started in 2021. April 2023 Gero council supported it and submitted within 21 days to WAPC who approved advertising of the re-zoning. It took until Feb 2024 for that to happen (closed in April) yet not a whisper that any submissions until this OFS release.
So much smoke and mirrors between the OFS language and the many months of rhetoric of re: working hard of the OFS. When you read between the lines (and look at the dates on their applications) they've known Tenindewa was the decision in December 2023 when they finalised the application and submitted it to WAPC.
