Reading through the list of issues, any single one given enough merit by the council can put a halt to things I would imagine.
It's certainly not unexpected to have objections, and Tenindewa isn't a plan that is as old as AVL or even TMT, but still a bit disheartening that these items couldn't have been sorted by this point.
Mix in the onsite EPA which no one knows what objection that one is working through, I share your eagerness for some postive news to offset the approval roadblocks, which is the only news we have atm.
