I've only just read the actual responses (here: cgg.wa.gov.au/council-meetings/ordinary-council-meeting/30-july-2024-ordinary-meeting-of-council/216/documents/4-ds044b-attachment-schedule-of-submissions.pdf) for the first time.
It's quite dishonest conduct from AVL to represent the adjacent holders as supportive. Very disappointing.
I'm imagining the 2018 'engagement' went something like this:
"Hi, here is a 100 page report about our project. Any questions? None? Ok, thanks. By the way, we promise to explore all the details and make sure your property and livelihood are protected. Do you support that? Yes? Ok, thanks."
