If you read through this, pay attention the far right column. There isn't one show stopper. Everything is
1) Immaterial (i.e. no change to submission)
2) Slight amendment to the report to note the issue and discuss how it has been considered (however Council consider it not to be an issue)
3) Further work and studies (less than 20% of the entries require this).
You could read through any Council rezoning table ever and find this. People care about their own backyard. It is a normal human reaction.
Council are supportive of the project.
