Sure, that small task is quick and easy... but it indicates a larger amount of energy is being focused on unnecessarily in the wrong direction. We haven't achieved much since the merger and focusing on pronouns, gender quotas and god knows what else is a kick in the teeth to investors. You just know the staff have been dragged in for a few workplace seminars when they could have been spending that time working towards getting the mine built for investors. It's actually infuriating.
And if the answer to that is there's not much they can be doing at the moment because we are waiting on approvals then cut some staff because that's my other gripe.
