$8-$10 doesn't make this dog viable. You need consistent $12+ as in year after year. Good luck with that.
These guys are burning through cash with their big staff count.
Literally be 20 billion+ shares on issue when you even factor in 30% of capex in equity.
Huge risk, little reward. Uncertain time frame. How this isn't 0.8 cents by now is only because of the huge amount of stuck holders waiting for any spike to sell into. If they get EPA approvals it might briefly hit 1.7 with enough volume, and watch quite a few long suffering holders bolt for the door.
