FWIW to anyone keeping an eye on the difficult life and times of Bushveld Minerals
.. you’ll recall that a South African saviour , Southern Point Resources (linked in the post to which I’m replying) had galloped to a ~$70m rescue last September.
..And then paid not a jot.
But when the Bushveld financial situation became truly desperate, it seems it loaned some money (£12m?) - over and above the delayed investment.…
..And then commenced to play ‘I’ve got you over a barrel’ games with the loan … dribbling it out bit by bit and causing havoc with creditors, investments and even forecasts..
The last instalment saw the delayed life line loan to be paid by 28/02/24.
But according to the linkedin post below it paid just over half the promised cash with the rest (another $3.1m dollars )now expected on March 16 - next Saturday .
