It’s felt like NTM has needed to sell Barrambie for a while and now “preparing flyers” does sound very determined!
….In order to divest it ..
Hard times for Neometals, and it definitely *could* be AVL news given the agreement AVL has with it * (to explore various opportunities!), and the fact it’s just ‘a country mile down the Sandstone Road?*

Other information?
[ 15/05/2023 : Barrambie PFS and Ore Reserve Update] has the project just 70km north of Sandstone vs this update locating it 80km up the road.

(It’s 166 kilometres from Sandstone to Meekatharra according to Google, and AVL’s mine is 43 kilometres down it - which puts the projects less than 50kms apart?​

But Neometals seems desperate for cash now and AVL has plenty of other stuff on its’ plate …
….. But the AVL CEO - Graham Arvidson knows Barrambie very well as I think he worked on the plans for it when he was with Primero ….…

AVL signed a term sheet with Neometals Limited (ASX: NMT and AIM: NMT) in January 2023 ​

to investigate opportunities for AVL to purchase and further process the co-product vanadium and iron concentrate generated from Neometals' Barrambie Project; ​

and for AVL and Neometals to co-locate and/or share infrastructure near AVL's processing plant site. ​

The term for the investigation was extended in October 2023 to 23 October 2024.[ref]​
