Wouldn't surprise me if some large positions are being taken from overseas clients. Plenty in the top 20 hiding behind nominee accounts.
Negotiations to alter the Blesberg agreement are underway I believe: would be nice to see $2M+ back in the kitty some time this year.
Maybe VRBs can coexist with a US$15+/lb price given that building an electrolyte plant directly with a 99.5% chem plant would reduce the cost of the electrolyte significantly.
Ducks lining up one by one IMO.
