I have no problem with performance options being handed out but the performance here is a little opaque.
I believe the performance options should be issued based on Blesberg being deemed commercially viable and only a scoping study and a group of willing buyers can be proof of that.
I understand the potential for a DSO option and I understand there is scope for growth but again, is it commercially viable now and are the clients lining up now?
Vince doesn't take much but I think this one wasn't very well thought out when considered from a SHs perspective.
