He already has a performance share scheme in place as voted on previously by shareholders. He has received half of them and will get the rest when AVL adds some value. He benefits along with us.
If he wants to go then he will. He may as well go if he isn't committed to the company. The same with the rest of the board.
Daniel Harris deserves to be included in the current performance package, but the rest including Vince can wait like the rest of us.
