I think there is some sort of translation error going on here. I think #vanadium is simply to direct the tweet. That is, I don't think the battery being discussed is a vanadium battery at all. Almost certainly a lithium-ion battery.
Putting a vanadium battery in an electric vehicle makes no sense to me at all. Couldn't get enough energy density. Not claiming to be an expert but hope I know that much.
