Hi sirocco, its a bit of a joke term referring to someone who "taps" the share price down at the end of the day to have it close at a lower level, usually for a very small amount of shares.
Theory is accumulators like to do it at the end of the day so it doesn't look to strong so they can discretely keep picking up stock.
I don't think its a widespread term, but we have a fondness for it in this forum.
It's usually a pretty civilised room so we can share a joke.
