However note also PROPOSAL 2287 ie;
“..The separate environmental approval process commenced by AVL for the minesite and CMB plant at G abanintha has continued following the merger with TMT.
AVL has been reviewing and optimising the design of the combined Project through its work on the OFS and in discussions with the Traditional Owners.”
Despite the work mentioned in the last quarterly around
2287 (from which this quote is drawn) nothing appears to have been submitted to the EPA since 2022 as verified by @Jayden2000 in his correspondence with the EPA last month.
