Yes definitely true and I was taking the last 6 months only in this comment. Its not the whole picture but this is also NOT an AVL vs TMT comment if that is inferred? Its a comment that the "merger activity" HAS impacted the price as it did TMT. The downward trend started in the lead up to the merger announcement (just as it did for TMT) as rumour, fear uncertainty and doubt manifested, not helped by less than desirable comms as well! but they were clearly in the planning/negotiation of the merger at that time so understandably nothing to "announce" as such.

For those interested here is the last 5yrs at 1 week intervals. Significant announcements you can see attracted heavy volumes in the region of 1,000,000-2,000,000 TXs. This is an indication that there is a lot of watching going on and when the rubber finally hits the road again I'm sure we will see that activity re-ignited IMO. When the $49Mil government grant was won you can see the volume pushed 700mill TXs. Sadly that worked its way back down as short termers took their profits. This can be realistically expected for penny-stock juniors not yet in the money and without a significant follow up event. It will remain a roller coaster until funding makes it to the table IMO.

None of this is an answer/indication as to what is to come - that will obviously be determined by the activity/achievements realised and when. I remain very positively optimistic about that!!
