Agree with this to an extent but you have to keep in mind AVL had a fair chunk of their grant funding tied to 'developing the industry' in Australia. That can only come by 'piggy-backing' the stories coming out of the global leader in adoption, China. Throw in risk adverse decision makers, passive politicians only after a photo op, and a snail paced EPA ... AVL either have to sit on their hands and do nothing, or keep sharing stories that seem fluffy and pointless. There is definitely a case for them being too fluffy because they have to find something to fill the awkward silence - thanks EPA!
