Tenindewa rezoning and Yarrabubba EPA are ~6 months off after which we reach FID and go for financing. There's around 3 quarters of cash left and there is another ~20m odd to be paid from the Aus Gov grant so likely more like 5 quarters in total.
Why would they demerge? If the battery demand is there, the resource is required for vanadium. If it's cheaper to buy vanadium on market they can do that after building the mine and putting it into C&M so it is ready to go when required. No chance of a demerger
