the fact they made a play for TMT tells you what strategy they will pursue. if they had the superior strategy why would they even bother to take out TMT? they have the so called best team and higher market cap and the gov grant etc. in my opinion they are taking their time to make it look like both strategy's are highly competitive and make it out like there's not much in it.
