I can point to a few downrampers, mainly non holders who continue to commentate on our current misfortune. For me I am just an unimpressed holder sharing some frustration.

As I pointed out, there were plenty of reasons why this merger could (should?) have been taken as a huge positive, with competition out the way, it would make sense AVL+ can only go from strength to strength.
I personlly haven't sold a cent, but the shareprice has been a non stop slide for Months, so I thought it is worth looking at why the market obviously doesn't like this, and to me I think there are some obvious answers, that could have been handled much better.

I am optomistic for the future, but my assessment of communication since the dual trading halts dropped last year has been less than positive, and the market seems to agree, and we've all paid for it, so I don't think acknowledging that is downramping.

Don't worry as soon as things turn and they remove some of the unknowns, i'll find as many positives as anyone else.
