I'm just going on the track record of both companies mate. Let's face it neither company has covered themselves in glory over the past 3-5 years, and for shareholders generally there has been a steady and significant destruction of capital. Besides producing Vanadium, plans have been proposed by both companies to produce all manner of co-products, Fe-Ti, copper, cobalt, gold, REE, ilmenite, iron-ore, and each one has needed yet another plan to be produced before it usually got discarded in favour of another. Plan after plan after plan, and nothing ever finalised. Then they both got ahead of themselves and thought they ought to be making V2O5 electrolyte too. Then there were all the non-binding MOU's and letters of understanding, all announced with a fanfair, then never heard of again. AVL and TMT managements have never delivered anything of value for shareholders, its as simple as that.
