On my estimates the largest investor, Resource Capital Funds VII will go into the green at around
3c a share - but that won’t put it even nearly at break even due to time spent since 2021, lost opportunities and other costs.
But the company needs more than $600m to get going at last estimate , and so given the cash here the weight of ‘our’ money is all still very much on the outside …
..And except for government funds I think most of that potential money wants AVL price to be as low as possible when it gets its slice .

Regal and Tribeca already told the AFR last June they would stick more development money in if the merger went through ..and they are known market movers who would be wanting more shares at lowest cost …

I dunno .
How long is short term ?
And what do you think ?
