Follow up....todays buying further suggests movement....it could be a few things.....mining,electrolyte,battery develpmement tieups ,even further Govt involvement.....exact timing is difficult BUT MANy are in the pipeline....some restrained by slow EPA mut not all.....would pay to keep a close call on WA and Fed battery objectives. GLTA
