Why does it need to be a CR? If you can shore up a revenue stream, ie battery sales, AVL would be able to gain finance. Still a fair few options to be converted which will put a bit of cash into the coffers.
IMO a CR would add too many shares to the register.
Already pushing close to 1B of them fully diluted.
