If SP drops to say 2.8c , there will still likely be .3c intrinsic value plus a little time value,, so the options will trade most likely around, say 0.5-0.6c ... So loss scenario 15% for Heads,, 40% for options.
Options rarely follow exactly behind the heads.. It's almost like they're on an elastic band..
