AVM Chart, page-3

I am more a fundamental type investor but do like to keep an eye on the dark arts , as it often gives me signals to when to buy hold and sell.
From my limited charting expertise, I would think that the upturn above the moving average line would indicate this is definitely not a time to sell , but a time of positive momentum and perhaps a time to accumulate until the price turns below the moving average. Can I get the chartists here to confirm that I am interpreting the chart appropriately, as I am always keen to learn more about the dark arts lol.
