First chart is daily, showing expanding volatility from an extremely low volatility environment with upward price momentum. Cup and handle target about 7-7.4c. Could overshoot though.

Second chart is weekly, showing year-long basing pattern, cooled down volatility ready to expand with an upward price momentum. You could call it cup and handle or revers head and shoulders or just basing pattern with a sequence of higher highs and lower lows. Target is the same around 7c. Would need to correct after that before going higher.
